Before Alex, album names and songs were just text on a cover. Cue Alex, who began creating striking, bold graphics and images for the covers. Album sales increased by 800%! Music to the eyes.

Bad Times at the El Royale (2018): Six strangers check into the now-deserted El Royale Hotel. The lone desk clerk always asks one question: “Nevada or California?” The hotel is built on the border line between the two states, with half the rooms on one side and half on the other. A whole lot of (fill in the blank) happens in these border rooms. If that isn’t enough to make you want to watch this movie, the cast features the always amazing Jeff Bridges, Jon Hamm, and the underrated Dakota Johnson.
